20 hours Pregnancy Yoga self pace online course
In the course, the participants will learn the basic anatomy of pregnant women, the techniques of doing asana in a safety and mindful way during pregnancy, and maintain calm and be/ assist others to be a happy mother.

It is a self-pace online course with materials including pdf, videos and assignments. Once the assignments are completed, participants can apply for Yoga Alliance 20 non-contact hours.
